Kleinhardt Business Mentoring

The traditional view of mentoring involves 'wise and trusted guides', advising 'younger' or 'less experienced persons'. A more contemporary view defines mentoring as a relationship based on mutual respect, trust with a two way communication process. It provides an opportunity for sharing skills and experiences so individuals and business can develop towards their personal and business goals.

There is no single, successful style for mentoring. The individual style of the mentor is important as it can set the tone of the programme. The style will vary with each programme's aim and the people involved.

Kleinhardt has helped many businesses become established and flourish under its Business Mentoring capabilities.
