Luke Grange
For over 15 years, Luke Grange has been offering practical advice to small and large businesses on how to better operate and organise their Business Information Systems. After leaving University in South Africa he ran the Business Systems for a national Securities Market company. Luke then moved to the UK where he gained invaluable experience in the Business Intelligence arena. He was soon promoted to a position in the company’s head office in the USA where he honed his knowledge of new corporate budgeting and forecasting technologies. Luke was asked to move back to the UK and roll out business solutions and Customer Relationship Management projects across Europe for what was then the largest Internet Consultancy in the world. He later focused on Knowledge Management and providing solutions for issues relating to the retention of Intellectual Capital within companies, particularly where personnel attrition was prevalent.
He brings to Kleinhardt a range of skills and a broad international knowledge of Business Management and Performance Measurement Systems which will be critical to the strong growth of small and large businesses in the region.
