Meet the Kleinhardt Team:
Cam Charlton is an experienced business consultant with more than 19 years as a chartered accountant, a registered company liquidator, a registered trustee in bankruptcy and an accredited management consultant. Many of these capacities were as a partner and senior manager of "big six" accounting firms. The emphasis of Cam's work in the last seven years has been towards business consultancy and assisting clients in the evaluation, financial management, development and growth of their businesses as well as implementing "turnaround" strategies for companies and organisations in financial distress.

Jim has over 25 years experience in industry development and representation. Over that period he served in various positions in the National organisation representing Australian manufacturing industry, with positions including national responsibility for development and presentation of industry submissions to various tribunals, part of multi-disciplinary teams developing budget strategy submissions to government, responsibility for training divisions, facilitation of settlement of industry disputes and provision of consultancy advice to the membership on a wide variety of matters.

Kate Sutcliffe trained as an archaeologist and worked for the Queensland State Government for 20 years in areas of cultural resources, strategic planning, and senior executive management. Kate has extensive experience in policy development and presenting to government Ministers, both state and federal. Kate has operated a private research and consultancy business and led a regional development organisation for western Queensland. Kate has presented several papers on tourism development, regional planning and e-governance.

For over 15 years, Luke Grange has been offering practical advice to small and large businesses on how to better operate and organise their Business Information Systems. After leaving University in South Africa he ran the Business Systems for a national Securities Market company.
