Kleinhardt identified and negotiated the contract for the management of a new 5 star hotel in Brunei by a North Queensland hotel management company.
Kleinhardt was instrumental in the contract negotiation with the Hong Kong company and mainland Chinese Provincial Government for the project management, development and cultivation of an 11,000 acre banana plantation in China for export markets in Japan, Korea and Russia for an agri-business developer.
Kleinhardt was appointed by the management of an international and national mainport shipping company and its tugboat subsidiary to develop and implement a scheme of arrangement and organisation reconstruction. This resulted in the successful negotiation and undertaking of Lloyds Open Form Salvage contract for the 10,000 GRT container vessel MV Waigani Express.
Kleinhardt conducted several successful investigations and negotiations of acquisitions of regional energy distributors on behalf of a corporatised State Government Authority. The due diligence, business plans and market scans provided the successful integration of these businesses.
Kleinhardt sourced, negotiated and secured a US$55 million contract for the worst ever oil spill clean up and environmental remediation on the Volga River in Russia. This was funded by the World Bank. The role then became the project management of 850 personnel involved in the successful operation.
Kleinhardt was appointed the project manager for the clean-up of a major oil spill in Saudi Arabia.
