Kleinhardt Workshop Facilitation

We often hear about the frustration people have with meetings, such as too much time wasted, going off track, some people dominating and others not speaking up, conflicts not addressed, actions and commitments avoided and decisions either made badly or not at all. Conducted in the right way, meetings can be excellent forums for connection, alignment, creativity and commitment that can help the productivity of your organisation.

We will:

  • Design and facilitate conferences, forums, workshops or special meetings
  • Ensure the best outcome from your meetings and conferences with our specialised facilitation methodology
  • Define and establish company wide meeting protocols and standardised skill-sets for everyone in your organisation.
  • Develop meeting and facilitation skills for staff at all levels including executives, managers, team leaders, project leaders, HR and personnel
  • Engage and inform stakeholders, industry reference groups, interest groups and the community when required.

For specific information or to make an appointment please contact us on (07) 4040 7100 or send an email to prosper@kleinhardt.com.au. Your first meeting with us is obligation free.

Workshop Facilitation Case Studies

  1. Kleinhardt led the development of DIVE Queensland's Strategic Plan which bought together a disparate membership to become recognised by the Government as a leading and credible advocate for industry interests.
  2. Kleinhardt facilitated and coordinated the marine park operators under one organisation - Australian Marine Park Tour Operators' Association (AMPTOA). This brought together disparate industry groups and overcame inefficiencies, internal politics to create a new efficient and effective advocacy group.
  3. Kleinhardt facilitated the Department of State Development's monthly CEO Enterprise Development Groups. These groups, each comprising 15 CEOs from a diverse range of industry, provided a platform for discussion and resulted in the generation of common business, management and regional economic development interests.
